Orders will ship 3 - 7 Business Days after processing.  Orders are processed within 48 hours after they are received.

What if my order gets delayed?

All orders are shipped within 3 -7 Business Days after order is processed and fulfilled.

In the event that a delay occurs while your package is in transient, contact the delivery carrier and provide the tracking information for delivery status and updates.

*Please note, delays in delivery could occur with Shipping Carriers, that are out of our control. Shipping Carriers sometimes experience delays due to severe weather, Holiday's, etc.

Are refunds accepted?

No refunds once the order fulfilled. All sales are final.

Are there any situations that qualify for a return?

Yes, returns are ONLY accepted in limited situations (i.e. hair is damaged). Returns will not be approved for situations that are outside of our control (i.e. mail carrier concerns/delays).  Returns are subject to approval. Visit the Returns FAQs category for instructions to request a return.
